Association's FIRST treasurer
Martin Anderson, the Association's first treasurer remembers the determination to raise as much money as possible.
In the first year our Association raised around £20,000. Today it's around £13 million.
"Like anything else, we knew we needed to raise funds so we did everything we could to get the money coming in.
"I don't think we stopped to think about the time it took or the hassle it caused. We just got on with it."
