dunk-it! is a money-spinning idea that works through its simplicity and versatility. Everything raised through this type of event stays with the Branch or Group.

How will dunk-it! help my Branch/Group?

dunk-it! It works as a theme for all, or part, of an event your Branch/Group organises and will help with your fundraising. However, because of the universal appeal of dunking, it’s also a new and important tool for making new connections in communities - it may even bring in new volunteers for the Branch.

The event can be tailored to suit all ages and interests so dunk-it! is suitable for approaching schools, social networks and workplaces. If you’ve got children or grandchildren for example, it’s just the sort of idea you could approach their school with. Visit our Fundraising ideas pages for inspiration.

Order a supply of Dunk-it! Fundraising Packs (3854 kb) and try circulating them through your own contacts to social or leisure clubs and work places too. A dunk-it! fundraiser is easy to organise and lends itself really well to group activities.

Awareness raising

To support the debut of dunk-it! the Association is planning a media campaign during June, making this an ideal time to begin approaching new supporters in your community.
If you have a dunk-it! event already scheduled in or around Awareness Week please ensure you register with community fundraising at National Office, as local and regional media are always keen to include a local perspective when they cover a national story.
