The MND Association offers a range of services to help you support and advise people affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

MND Connect

Direct advice and support for professionals with a comprehensive range of literature available.

Regional Care Development Advisers

Regional Care Development Advisers (RCDAs) have detailed knowledge of the care and management of Motor Neurone Disease.

Equipment Loan

Where it is not available from local statutory services, the Association has a limited number of items of equipment(421 kb)  available for loan, to provide independence and help make life more comfortable for people affected by MND.

Financial Support

The Association can also supply some limited Financial Support (47 kb)  for items not normally covered by statutory services, for example, help with the costs of intensive care at home or with renting exceptional/unusual pieces of equipment.

Association Visitors

Association Visitors play a vital role in the Association's work by offering friendship and support to people affected by MND. If you think one of your clients would benefit from an Association Visitor please contact your local Regional Care Development Adviser.

Local Support Network

Branches and Groups provide locally-based support and practical help in addition to raising funds and awareness in their region.
