The MND Association has 91 Branches and Support groups which are run by volunteers. They aim to raise the profile of MND by fundraising and organising events, and providing support and assistance to people with MND and their families. Increasingly, they are also getting involved in influencing within their local area.
There are a number of ways Branches and volunteers can get involved in influencing locally. These include getting to know their local MP, getting involved in local groups and responding to local consultations.
