Event Information
The event takes place on the weekend of the 27 & 28 July at the ExCel Centre within its stunning waterfront setting at Victoria Dock. With three categories to train for – we challenge you to swim, cycle and run to help realise our vision - a World free of MND.
Race Categories
There are several race distances to choose from.

Team Relay
We can also offer you the opportunity to get together with friends and enter as a team. A team can consist of 2 or 3 participants and in the case of a team of 3, only 2 registration fees will be paid.
