Event Information
In 2012 the event takes place on the weekend of the 22 & 23 September (later than usual) at the ExCel Centre within its stunning waterfront setting at Victoria Dock. With three categories to train for – we challenge you to swim, cycle and run to help realise our vision - a World free of MND.
Race Categories
There are several race distances to choose from.

| Olympic Plus | 1500m | 80km | 10km | SUN 23 |
(unfortunately the Open Age Olympic category is only available to male participants)
Team Relay
We can also offer you the opportunity to get together with friends and enter as a team. A Team can consist or 2 or 3 participants.

REGISTER YOUR INTEREST FOR A PLACE IN 2012 HERE AND WE WILL SEND YOU A REGISTRATION FORM IN DUE COURSE.
