TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

Full Membership

Entitles you to: 

• Elect Association Trustees
  
• Vote at the Annual General Meeting

Full membership costs: 

• For people with MND there is no fee

• For carers, spouses and partners of people with MND, there is no fee.
  
• For individuals the annual fee is £12
  
• For families the annual fee is £18. This includes all family members living at the same address. One vote per family which will be in the name of the person detailed on the application form. 
  
•  For families and individuals who are retired or not in paid work the annual fee is reduced to £6.
  
• Life membership is £250. This is for individuals who would like to make a lifelong commitment.
  
• Overseas members – fees apply as above categories, but with an additional £10 to cover postage costs. This does not apply to people with MND, their carers, spouses and partners living overseas who remain eligible to join at no cost.

Associate Membership - Does Not Include Voting Rights

• For organisations the annual fee is £25. This is for teams of professionals wishing to stay informed about forthcoming conferences, events and appeals.
  
• For Health & Social Care Professionals the annual fee is £12. This is for individual professionals who will automatically receive information on our conference and seminar programmes.
