PLEASE CONSIDER LEAVING A GIFT IN YOUR WILL

Making a Will is an important way to secure the future of your family and friends, and to make known your wishes to those you leave behind.

By leaving us a gift in your Will (a legacy), it is also a tremendous and thoughtful way of supporting our work.

OVER A THIRD OF OUR ANNUAL INCOME COMES FROM LEGACIES

Rick Kingsley's story

Rick Kingsley from Croydon has never personally been touched by MND. Yet he chose to make a gift to the MND Association in his Will after watching a TV report on MND.
He says: "I wanted to leave money to a cause that would alleviate suffering and make a real difference to people's lives.
Rick Kingsley
"When I saw the devastating effects of MND, I knew I had to do something to help. MND is a terrible illness, which people face with great bravery.

"I hope my legacy will fund research into a cure and help provide the care and support that people with MND need"

You are key to our continuing work

Rick’s and your valuable gifts will form a key part of the Association’s long-term income and help us to continue to provide essential information, support and advice for people living with MND, their families and carers. It will also help us to continue the search for better treatments, and ultimately a cure, for MND.

Jenny Cheal: “My father, who died from MND, and my mother received a great deal of support from the MND Association, for which we will always be grateful. I hope my money will go toward supporting others who find themselves living with MND.”
