Taking Steps Together to D'Feet MND
Walk to D'Feet* MND is a national fundraiser which encourages people to get together and hold sponsored walks during MND Awareness Week (16-24 June 2007).
Last year's event was an enormous success, with over 80 walks of various sizes nationwide, raising an incredible £125,000.
A huge thank you to all those who made the event a success, especially to our dedicated Team Leaders.
The 2006 event also took on a World Cup theme with every registered walker linked to Italy receiving a Gold Medal.

Top Individual Fundraiser - Gold Award
Walking from Lands End to John O'Groats over three months, in honour and memory of Derek Smith (friend and fellow journalist).
Top Individual Fundraiser - Silver Award
Ian took part in the Ellesmere Port to Chester Walk, captained
by Heather and Amanda MacKinnon in tribute to Lesley Abbott,
with all money going to research.
Top Individual Fundraiser - Bronze Award
Mrs Marion FranceMarion walked with the Derbyshire Branch through Chatsworth, in memory of Harry. She was part of the Ley Jebbles Team and sends thanks to those she walked with and apologies for not being able to attend the AGM.
