Session 6 - The role of Health and Social Care Professionals

This session is intended to give you an overview of which health and social care professionals may be in contact with someone during their journey with MND, and why they may be involved.

1. Considering the effects of MND, look at the list of health and social care professionals and note the effect or need they would be able to help with.
