Driving a vehicle

People who have been diagnosed with MND, have a duty to notify the DVLA of their condition. A diagnosis is not a bar to driving, but the DVLA may ask for a medical assessment. The DVLA may issue a time restrictive licence and/or may ask you to attend a driving assessment. This largely depends on information provided by your GP about how your condition is affecting you.
