There is an affiliated Branch on each of the two main islands - Jersey and Guernsey. On Guernsey, the MND Branch is incorporated within an organisation called Neuro Concern.
Both Branches aim to support people wherever they live within the Channel Islands, through teams of Visitors. Both Branches have lively programmes of fundraising events throughout the year. The Guernsey Branch operates an equipment service and loan store.
