If you are newly diagnosed or would like to talk to someone about MND please contact our Helpline first.
A range of support is offered by Branches and Groups across the area to people affected by MND.
This usually includes telephone contact or a home visit from a trained Association Visitor and/or informal social meetings. Some meetings may have speakers or free 'taster' sessions. All provide plenty of time for a cuppa and a chat.
Financial support is provided locally and there is a range of fundraising events and activities.
