Information for abstract authors

All authors have been notified by email as to whether their abstract has been accepted. If you have not received notification of your abstract allocation, please contact us at abstracts@mndassociation.org

Further information

  • It is no longer possible to amend abstracts submitted for presentation.
  • Accepted abstracts have been assigned to one of the following categories at the discretion of the committee: 15 minute platform presentation; poster presentation; 'work in progress / care practice' poster presentation
  • More information is available in the Conditions of Acceptance for Abstracts (33 kb) .

Information for poster presenters

We will be contacting authors with more details regarding their allocated poster theme and information on poster format in due course.


Withdrawing an abstract

Please note that due to publishing deadlines, abstracts withdrawn from now on will still be published in a supplement of the journal "ALS" and as such on the MND Association's website. (Does not apply to 'work in progress / care practice' posters.)

However, if you are unable to present your abstract please contact the MND Association as soon as possible via abstracts@mndassociation.org .
