Training for future generations of researchers
To succeed in our vision of a World free of MND, the MND Association Care Centres must be able to employ the best scientists and clinicians.
The MND Association’s successful PhD Studentship programme, has already attracted many excellent young scientists to a career in MND research. It will be used as the template for a more ambitious Clinical Research Fellowship/Lectureship Scheme, to draw in and train specialised MND clinician-scientists.
Giving opportunities include:
Training a new generation of the best young clinicians in scientific principles and practice.
Studentships train a new generation of scientists and encourage them to develop a career in much-needed MND research.
