We are in the process of building our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy following the completion of a number of surveys and working groups. Its intention is to ensure that we are fully informed and truly able to meet the diverse needs of people with and affected by MND.
A draft strategy has been created and can be found here - Draft Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. It would be greatly appreciated if you could let us have your views on the strategy generally and in particular:
- If the four areas of focus are the right ones
- What should be taken away from or added to each of the sections
- What success might look like
- Considering what might be done in year one
