Support for children and young people

Children and Young People - Young person talking to peerIf you are aged 11 – 18 and someone close to you has been diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND), you may be worried about the way things are changing.

You may live with them or nearby. You may help with a few tasks or you may be their main carer at the same time as going to school or work.

Whether you help with care or not, you are NOT alone.

Young Connect

If you want to find out more about MND, how to get support, or just talk, contact Young Connect. This service is part of our helpline. The team can  give you information about other services and organisations that support children and young people.
