MPs launch inquiry into access to PIP for people with MND
The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on MND1 launched an inquiry into access to Personal Independence Payment (PIP)2 for people with MND earlier this year. The survey has now closed and we would like to thank everyone that took the time to complete the survey.
The report from the inquiry will be published at our joint parliamentary reception with the APPG on 6 June 2017. In the mean time, please spare two minutes to complete our e-action, inviting your MP to the reception.
1 The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on MND is a group of MPs and Peers with an interest in MND. The Group meets to discuss issues of concern to people with MND and their families. It also runs inquiries.
2Personal Independence Payment (PIP) is a benefit for people aged under 65 to help pay for the extra costs of living with a disability or health condition. Further information on PIP can be found here.
