"Hear this MND - your days are numbered"

In 2012, Steve Burns was diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND). He was just 31. His wife, Sarah wrote this letter in October 2015 to the disease that later killed him.

Her letter is angry and beautiful, heart-breaking and life-affirming. Please read it here.

Sarah hopes that some good will come from Steve’s struggle.

She hopes that one day soon there will be a cure for this cruel, relentless disease, and that no one will have to lose a loved one in the way she did.

Let’s do our utmost to make her wish come true.
