“Everyone reacts differently, but I found that I had to let my emotions out and tell people what we were going through. Two weeks after the diagnosis, I started Daughter of MND, a blog which gives me a platform to honestly discuss what it’s like living with and caring for someone with MND”
Victoria Brown, STRONG volunteer

Why volunteer through STRONG?
Being a STRONG volunteer is about using your time and skills to support a good cause towards our vision of a world free from MND, whilst gaining hands-on life experience and opportunities for personal growth. The STRONG community is a dedicated team of volunteers whose skills and expertise support the work of the Association.
