Section 2c – Our income

Almost all our income comes from three main sources;

• nationally led fundraising – for example, through individual community fundraisers, major donors, businesses adopting us as their Charity of the Year, national and international challenges and our national raffles and appeals
• local fundraising by our branches and groups – funds come from a variety of events organised by our branches and groups themselves such as cake bakes, charity balls and our annual walk to d’feet
• income left in legacies.

For more information on the different ways we raise our income visit our fundraising pages and our donate pages.

Now you have completed Section 2, please move on to Section 3 – The Importance of our Volunteers, or return to the induction homepage.
