Welcome to the South and East Somerset Branch

This branch is run entirely by volunteers and aims to provide the best possible support to all those in the area affected by motor neurone disease. This also includes carers, partners, relatives, in fact anyone who has been touched in some way by the disease.

We hold regular Support Group meetings where people with MND and their carers, family and friends have the opportunity to meet with other people living with the disease and to share the experience in a positive and friendly atmosphere. The meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 2.30-4.00pm at the Palmers garden centre cafe Yeovil.

The Branch Committee meets every other month and because volunteers run the branch we are always delighted to hear from people who would like to join the team to lend us support. We organise or take part in a number of fundraising events and activities. For more information about the various events and activities organised on behalf of the branch in order to provide support, raise awareness and fundraise please contact us.
