Provides advice and support for those with MND, their families and carers to help people live as safely and independently as possible. Services include:
- Assistance with learning skills needed to carry out everyday tasks.
- Assessments and advice for walking and getting on/off furniture e.g. beds, chairs, toilets etc.
- Exercise Programs.
- Advice on fatigue management.
- Advice on returning to work or remaining in work.
- Speech, communication and swallowing assessment and treatment.
- Psychological therapy to help cope with anxiety, depression or emotional difficulties.
Upon successful completion of a care assessment, Ealing Council provides various forms of personalised support.
This may include financial support, access to personal assistants or support workers and access to equipment such as computers and mobile phones, depending on your needs.

Provides a weekly clinic with a neurologist who provides diagnosis and information regarding treatment.
Also provides access to a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech and language therapist, dietician and palliative care consultant. Requires a referral from a local neurologist.
