We did:
We have separated the personal details out, unfortunately the system will not allow us to sort this information by surname, however the details can be exported and sorted and filtered here.

"We want to be able to tell you about new people in our area."
We did:
We have created a generic form for volunteers to request support, this can be for anything including resources, information, technical help as well to inform us of new volunteers, supports and people affected by MND.

"We want to be able to identify people with MND easier."
We did:
We spent some time renaming and combining groupings of people for example people with MND carers and main carers, volunteers. This has allowed us to provide a basic filter function so you can select the group of people you wish to view.
What we are working on...
- 1) How we can make the portal more user friendly & attractive
- 2) Additional training support
- 3) How we can improve data sharing.
