*** STOP PRESS *** Expert update on MND research confirmed: Paul Ince, Professor of Neuropathology at Sheffield University Medical School confirmed as keynote research speaker ***

Prof Ince is amongst a line-up of speakers and workshop sessions aimed to update people on the latest developments in care and research, while also giving practical support and advice to people living with MND and those who care for them.

The Annual Conference is the one time in the year when we come together as an Association to renew acquaintances and make new friends, while also finding out the latest developments and news from the Association. There are practical tips on improving quality of life, and on how to get the most out of being part of the Association.

Stay for dinner and cabaret, as Mark Shortland, award winning magician, amazes and amuses with his table magic and after-dinner show.

We encourage people with MND and their carers to attend the Annual Conference, and we also look forward to welcoming many of our Branch and Group volunteers.

The cost to attend the Annual Conference for all delegates is £32. Book before 31 July and receive an Early Bird discount of £5 per person!

For those wishing to stay overnight, the reduced rate costs are as follows:
  • Standard single - £70 per room per night, including breakfast.
  • Standard double or twin - £80 per room per night, including breakfast.
Please book directly with the hotel.

For people wishing to travel a day earlier, Friday night accommodation rates are the same as above, and there will be a Friday evening buffet provided for £15 per person.
