You may be referred to any of the following services: Occupational Therapy, Social Services and NHS Services including GP, Physiotherapist, Community/District Nurse, Speech Therapist and Dietitian.
A diagnosis of MND may mean you will need to re-think your future plans, it does not mean you should stop making any new ones.
