A tribute fund is on an online memorial page where you can remember someone special while raising money to support the MND community.
The page can be personalised with your own stories and photos, as well as information about your fundraising events. Friends and family can also leave messages and make donations.

Enter your loved one’s name in our ‘Create a new Tribute Fund’ form below.
Activate your Tribute Fund
You’ll receive an email from our trusted partner, MuchLoved, with a link to activate your Tribute Fund.
Personalise and share your Tribute Fund
Personalise your page, then invite your family and friends to share their memories, light a candle, or donate.
View your fundraising in one place
Collect donations directly to your Tribute Fund page, link other fundraising pages or add offline donations.
Receive updates on your Tribute Fund
We’ll send you a welcome pack and guide. We’ll also email you four times a year to keep in touch.

Can I link historic donations to my Tribute Fund?
When you set up a tribute fund, we’ll link all the donations you’ve made in the past to it and include the details in your tribute fund pack. You can add this amount to your fund as an offline donation or by linking the tribute fund with your JustGiving pages.

Can I add fundraising events to my Tribute Fund?
Yes. You can set up event pages on your tribute fund page or link existing JustGiving or Facebook events. Just click the ‘add your event’ button on the events page.
Some loved ones would like to support, but don’t want to donate online; how can they donate?
