If you are a volunteer who was using the old portal, you will need to re-register your details and create an account on the new portal.

For all volunteers who joined the Association after the launch of the new portal (October 2022), please follow the steps outlined in the instruction video at the bottom of this page. If you experience any issues when registering, please contact the ICT team.

System and Device Requirements for Portal use

Check to see if your device is compatible with the Portal

Your device needs to be up to date to access the volunteer Portal. Please refer to the Microsoft website for the system requirements:

A system update may resolve any problems, but older devices may not be compatible with newer software.
