Making every day matter.
28 January 2026 Association News
Today, we've unveiled our new look and new approach to drive us faster to a world free from motor neurone disease (MND).
You told us we need to be bolder, more ambitious and work faster to make every day matter for people affected by MND.
So we’ve become the MND Association you need now, and into the future.
Shaped by our community
More than 5,500 people shared their thoughts about us: people affected by MND, supporters, volunteers and people who didn’t know us at all – yet. We listened. And we heard our old brand was holding us back, like driving with the handbrake on.
To reach our goals – finding life-changing treatments through research, giving everyone with MND choice and control, and influencing positive change – we need a brand that matches our ambition.
A brand to match our ambition
We have a strong new visual identity – including a redesigned logo, a fresh brand colour and unique fingerprint imagery, reflecting the individuality of every person’s experience of MND.
We have a new set of values rooted in what you need from us and driving everything we do. We’ll be working differently – making every day count by thinking big, being determined and gaining strength through collaborative working.
And we’ll be using the authority we’ve earned and our bolder approach to inspire passion in supporters and partners, current and new. We’ll focus on the reality of MND because we care, while always working with urgency.
“It's been more than a decade since we reviewed our brand and so much has changed in that time – the expectations of people with MND, awareness of the disease and the challenges people face, and the landscape we work in. Now it's our turn to change.
“While there'll be lots of talk about a new logo and a new colour, this is about much more than that – it's about us being bolder and more ambitious, striving harder and faster to improve the lives of people diagnosed with this brutal disease now and into the future.”
