The group is run entirely by volunteers and aims to provide the best possible support to local people with MND, their families, and carers.

Some exciting fundraising events coming up.

• Sunday 26th July we will be holding our Annual Walk to D'Feet. Registration at 10:30am, meeting at Breach Hut 116, Gold Club End, Frinton-On-Sea.
• Saturday 17th October we will be hosting a Fashion Show from 6:30pm at Constable Hall, East Bergholt, C07 6TP
• Thursday 19th November we will be holding a Fundraising Talk 'When the dogs don't bark' Mary Newton Retired Principle Forensic Pathologist at Frinton-On-Sea Lawn Tennis Club from 7:30pm

Details of upcoming coffee mornings are detailed below. These friendly and welcoming events are open to anyone living with or affected by MND in the local area: 

Coffee Morning's

• Wednesday 10th June from 10:30am at The Barn Plant & Garden Centre, Turkey Cock Lane, Stanway, Colchester, Essex, CO3 8ND
• Tuesday 7th July from 10.30am at Hilltop Garden Centre, Weeley, CO16 9NN
• Wednesday 19th August from 10:30am at Craft Nurseries, 34 Harwich Road, Lawford, Manningtree, Essex, CO11 2LS
