The group is run entirely by volunteers and aims to provide the best possible support to local people with MND, their families, and carers.

Some exciting fundraising events coming up.

• Tuesday 7th April there will be a Pub Quiz at the New Bell Inn, Outpart Eastward, Harwich, CO12 3EN.
• Saturday 11th April we will be hosting an Awareness Breakfast at Craft Nurseries Resturant, 34 Harwich Road, Lawford, CO11 2LS
• Saturday 17th October we will be hosting a Fashion Show from 6:30pm at Constable Hall, East Bergholt, C07 6TP

Support events

Details of upcoming coffee mornings are detailed below. These friendly and welcoming events are open to anyone living with or affected by MND in the local area: 

Coffee Morning's

• 14th April from 10.30am at Hilltop Garden Centre, Weeley, CO16 9NN
• 6th May from 10.30am at Fillpots Nursery at Boxted, CO4 5RB
