Welcome to the West Essex Group

The West Essex Group is a local group of the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association support those living with and effect by MND. 

We cover communities across:

  • Harlow
  • Epping Forest
  • Uttlesford
  • Brentwood

As a new volunteer-led group, we are committed to providing a warm welcome, friendship and local support to everyone affected by MND. Our aim is to ensure that nobody faces MND alone.

We offer opportunities to connect with others who understand the challenges of living with MND, share information and experiences, and access support in a friendly and informal environment. We also work to raise awareness of MND, campaign for improved local services, and support fundraising efforts that help fund vital care, support and research into treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
