Coffee Mornings

Group coffee mornings are informal gatherings for people with MND and their carers. We hope you will feel welcome and find them a relaxed way to meet and socialise. You don't need to let us know in advance if you will be attending. We meet at three different venues across Norfolk.

Time: 11am – 1pm

2026 Dates: 21 January, 18 February, 18 March, 15 April, 20 May, 17 June, 15 July, 19 August, 16 September, 21 October, 18 November (Wednesdays)

Fritton Location: The coffee shop at Cherry Lane – South View Nurseries, Beccles Road, Fritton, NR31 9EU

King's Lynn Location: The new venue from May 2026 is The Dragonfly Hotel, Beveridge Way, Hardwick Narrow, Kings Lynn PE30 4NB.

It's just off the big Hardwick Roundabout - take the exit immediately before the A47 exit towards Wisbech, towards an industrial estate.

Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm

2026 Dates: 19 May, 14 July, 22 September, 17 November (Tuesdays)

Parking is free - there are Ringo parking notices about costs, but as we go in to the hotel we simply log our vehicle registrations on to a screen for free parking.

Those attending face to face meetings are respectfully asked to take a lateral flow test on the day, this is to reduce the risk of spreading infection to those living with MND.

We will replace your lateral flow test when you arrive so that you are not out of pocket.
