The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place on Monday 27 June 2022.
As members it is your right to elect new trustees to vacant positions on the Board of Trustees and the Association's legal obligation to ensure every member has the opportunity to vote.
To help save vital funds on the printing and postage of election packs, we are asking members who are able, to provide their email addresses in order to receive all the information they need about voting at the AGM by email. Your email address will only be used for AGM and membership communications this year and in future years. By permitting us to use email rather than post to communicate with you will help us reduce money spent on administration costs.
You can change or stop these communications at any time.
If you have already given us your email address, there is no need to complete a form as you will automatically receive your pack electronically.
Please note, if you are unable to receive email we will continue to print and post out your election packs as before.
