Everyone reacts differently, but I found that I had to let my emotions out and tell people what we were going through. What can I do?
Social media savvy? Use your skills to share, like and tweet our messages. Got an endless bucket list and fear no challenge? Skydiving, running a marathon, climbing mountains, it’s all possible. Good at organising? Help us plan an event in your local area. Whatever you choose, you’ll be making a difference.
