2019 sees all four cities that have been used in previous years back in the same year for the first time. Where will you choose to be a Nightrider, or are you up for taking part in all four?
Included on all routes: All four cities include 100km and 50km options. They will be fully signposted with snack and refreshment stops along the way along with breakfast and a medal at the finish. Full support and back up will be provided by event organisers Classic Challenge, including bike mechanics.
London Nightrider 2019
The London route starts and finishes at the Olympic velo park, a fitting venue that really lends a buzz and a sense of excitement to the ride! You will cycle past and through many highlights of London including over Tower Bridge, around the buzzing Piccadilly Circus, pass by Buckingham Palace and The Mall and much more!
Glasgow Nightrider 2019
The ride starts from a central location beside the River Clyde and is a route of two halves. The first takes in the south side of Glasgow, whilst the second is all about the west end and the city centre.
Bristol Nightrider 2019
Anyone who did this route in 2017 can tell you it’s a hilly one! There’s no escaping the rise and fall of the landscapes around the city but it makes for a more interesting challenge! And remember, after every hill there’s the exhilaration of the downhill.
Liverpool Nightrider 2019
The route starts and finishes in the city, but the first half of the route see you leave the city through the Mersey tunnel which will be closed for cyclists, and taking a circular route around the Wirral before heading back into the city. This route is a real mix of urban and rural, enabling cyclists to pick up speed in the rural parts.
