Welcome to the West Yorkshire Branch
The West Yorkshire Branch of the Motor Neurone Disease Association is run by volunteers who give their time freely providing a support network for local people who have been diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND), their Carers and families. The Branch holds a social get together each month where everyone is made welcome. Refreshments are available and it is an opportunity to meet with other members of the branch who are often in a similar situation. It’s also an opportunity to chat, discuss and exchange information in relaxed and pleasant surroundings.
The Branch also supports local fundraisers, raising awareness, plus any MND Association or local campaigns.
Those affected by motor neurone disease know that it is an extremely challenging condition which impacts on their entire family. The branch is here to give you support, please do not hesitate to contact us should you need any help or advice.
