Jersey Branch: About the branch

Jersey Branch was formed in the spring of 1991 during the illness of local nurse Miss Rosemary A’Court of motor neurone disease.

Donations in her memory helped towards starting up the Jersey Branch which is formally registered with the Association of Jersey Charities.

Our branch is run entirely by volunteers and together with our four qualified Association Visitors we aim to provide the best possible care and support to local people living  with MND and their families, enabling them to achieve the highest quality of life and to remain in their own home for as long as possible.

We are affiliated to the MND Association (UK) and have entire control over any funds we raise and when appropriate we donate a sum of money to a specific project.
