Could you become Chair-Elect of the MND Association?

Richard chair of Trustees

We are seeking an experienced individual to take up the position of Chair-Elect. In this role you will work alongside the current Chair for a year and then take over as Chair with the key tasks of leading the Board, championing our work and representing us internally and in the wider public sphere.

Our ambitions are to do more for those who we support, campaign with a stronger voice to Governments in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and support more research to realise a world free from MND.

We are committed to listening to those who are affected by MND, and to ensuring we are able to support them in the best possible way. Our culture is inclusive, committed to continuous improvement, working in partnership, and ensuring we make the best use of the digital tools we are able to use to reach and support those who need us.

We are also a strong campaigning organisation, lobbying Westminster, the Welsh Senedd, the Northern Ireland Assembly and local authorities to ensure the needs of people affected by MND are being met.

If you feel that you could take on the role, or if you know someone who might be suitable for this role, we’d be delighted to hear from you. You can find out more and apply by visiting our recruitment partner, Oxford HR.
